I'd love the PDF: matchboximpala@gmail.com. I have a number of other authors' PDFs posted on my box.com account (with their permission of course) and I could put yours there if you'd like. Or, you can set up a box.com account yourself. It seems way easier to access files there than some of the other sites and you don't get bombarded with a lot of ads. No viruses, either. (I HATED megaupload and am not sorry they are gone. Kept hijacking my browser until I finally installed the NoScript plugin.)
