I enjoyed this so much - both the slow burn of Sam and Dean's desire for each other, and the evocative setting that you brought to life so brilliantly. I read the short story long ago and it terrified me, so every single time someone was in that room, my heart was in my throat. Which means the horror component worked too :) Thanks so much for sharing this!
