LOL, if only I could set all of my stories in Charleston, they'd all be awesome. Wonder how that would work! People would get sick of that so fast I bet. BUT I WOULD LOVE IT SO WHATEVER.
Sayuri was easier to write because I found myself in that same kind of darkness a lot. But fortunately I had Edmond to balance that out, and he was always so accepting and open that it was a relief to write him after Sayuri's parts. But I had to include her POV just to do The Yellow Wallpaper justice. And since I wanted it to feel like an episode, I feel like that's how the show (with GOOD writers) would have done it.

And I have yours on the docket for this weekend when I finally get some time off to be lazy!
