I kicked myself for not thinking about Tom earlier. Here I had this great, fiendish character ready-made FOR me from the beginning, and I never used him beyond a random plot point. And Jared's a bigger part of things than he knows, and the same goes for Jensen. I'm SO glad you liked this part, and I hope the next one will deliver as well ;)
