[TM Designs] Summer 2009

Just a few more pieces I've made in the last couple of weeks. Slow jewelry season, but I managed to sell several older pieces in July, plus a couple of these were commissioned.

Black Agate Geode Pendant [cooler in real life], Freshwater Pearls, Sterling silver, and Black Agate beads. This set was actually made as a gift for my best friend's birthday. She pretty much ONLY wears black and white. Plus, the pendant can be slipped off so you can only wear the triple strands of beads.

Chalk Turquoise Pendant, Rose Quartz, Sterling Silver. Really simple, but one of my favorites. The pendant is really big, so it's weighty, but it's fun to wear. I might end up keeping this one for myself. It's a toss up between this one and the other Turquoise one below.

Found this Sadie Green Pendant in Atlanta - Ocean Jasper, Biwa Pearl, and an Ammonite fossil. Necklaces is Freshwater Coin Pearls and Sterling Silver.

And the matching earrings. Freshwater Coin Pearls and Sterling Silver.

Another one of those four-strand necklaces like the last batch, only this one is done in reds and purples. Czech Glass, Dichroic glass, Swarovski Crystal, Freshwater Pearls, and some A-grade Amethyst teardrops thrown in there.

Cornflake Pearls [because what else do they look like?], Rose Crystal, Rhodocrosite, and Green Swarovski crystals. Looks really cool when you wear it, because everything flip flops instead of laying flat.

Same idea as above. Gray Lace Agate, Mirrored glass, Smoky Quartz, and Cornflake Pearls.

Red Coral, White Coral, Black Tourmaline, and Sterling Silver. Double stranded. Made as a commission. Not really my favorite, but red's not a color I wear a lot.

Turquoise, Chalk Turquoise, Smoky Topaz, and Sterling Silver. This is another favorite, and I can't decide if I want to keep it or not. The colors of the Turquoise are great, and the pendant is large, but lays flat so it's comfortable to wear. Silver wrapped instead of strung on cord.

Just some fun Swarovski crystal and Sterling Silver earrings I made one day.

Otherwise it's been a pretty uneventful weekend. Had a surprise day off on Saturday, so I spent time just lazing about and catching up on all the sleep I missed last week. Today I went to the pool, tried to write a little bit, and I think I'm finally going to see Harry Potter later. My Sam/Dean is up to 10K and almost done! And it'll be illustrated, just have to track down a few more pictures...

The freshwater coin pearls and the corn flake pearls are interesting. I've never seen them before. The purple and red necklace...*covets*. The second turquoise piece turned out fantastic!

I love crazy looking pearls - more fun to use than the standard round ones. The cornflake ones especially are harder to find, but nice and unique in designs. The purple and red one would go great with your yellow dress/purple shawl combo ;)

And I LOVE how the Turquoise one ended up, it's gonna be great to wear with my tan :D

I have a necklace that I've had for about forever that I never wear cause it is no longer my style made with freshwater pearls and some pink stone. I should send it to you to have you pull it apart and rework into something that I would like.

I'm mesmorized by your icon.

I can always take a chance on remaking something. I've even remade some of my old pieces to update them and make them more my style.

This icon....*stares* I can't stop using it, it's just too gorgeous.

I love the Black pendant.

And actually, everything on this post. ♥ SO PRETTY. If I wore jewelry more often I'd definitely wear yours. :D

The black one is really cool in better light! All sparkly and stuff.

I'm such a jewelry whore, it's ridiculous. I make up for it by not caring much for handbags, and not caring at all about shoes ;)

I KNOW. I have no idea why either. This Sam/Dean was supposed to be half that, if even. But I'm writing it set in Charleston, so I think I got carried away [in a good way].

I love having the time to make things - some of the designs really end up surprising me, and some I plan extra carefully ;) Thanks!

Thanks! Jewelry's kind of like my crazy little habit - so it helps that I can earn a little money while I'm obsessing ;)

YAYAYAY!!!

I know! I need this to be doooooooone and posted, because I actually kind of like it [which might mean it sucks crazy bad, knowing fandom], and then I can move on to the projects I'm *supposed* to be working on...

These are all so freaking gorgeous! There is seriously not one that I wouldn't kill to have - I can't even pick a favourite (though you know my weakness for turquoise, lol). YOU ROCK!
